Lovely hotel in a great location
+ Perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and large for the centre of London and had air conditioning which was very comfortable considering we went when the weather was so hot. Lovey bar area and the guy behind the bar was very friendly.
− Nothing really other than we booked a twin room expecting 2 full size singles but we got a double bed and a sofa bed which was a little uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, Midway between the station and areas of interested. great location
+ Clean, soft beds. Shower was the perfect size with excellent water temperature.
− When we arrived for breakfast there was no one there to greet us. we didn't get the full load down of what we could order.
normally you would have a toaster on the side but we weren't told you had to ask for the toast to be done.

nie konieczni wybrałbym ponownie ten hotel. Jak na 4 gwiazdki to standard zaniżony
+ dobre położenie i bardzo miła obsługa
− słabe wifi , mieliśmy wykupione śniadanie , niestety hotel ich nie zagwarantował i musieliśmy chodzić na śniadania do baru.
Hotel nie zwrócił nam pieniędzy za te śniadania. Zwrot pieniędzy otrzymaliśmy od booking

Lovely helpful staff, good breakfast, good location.
+ Everything was new in the room and it was quiet. Had air-con.
− The room was super small nowhere for bags we had to balance one bag on the only chair and other bag sat on the top of the desk. However we managed. Nice bed.
