+ The location was perfect for a show at Wembley, and our room was in the corner so it was very quiet which was nice! The guy who checked us in (Marco mabye his name was? I don't remember...) informed us that the elevator didn't work and was able to move us to a lower floor since my mom just had foot surgery and cannot take loads of stairs which we really appreciated! Perfect location and suprisingly quiet for being so close to the stadium!

− Broken lift difficult to get suitcase upstairs. Also 50 deposit which is still outstanding

Lift not working and on the 5th floor

+ Rooms were spacious and comfortable

− The lift wasnt working and we were on the 5th floor!!

Dreadful

+ Nothing

− Everything, very tired hotel indeed. Lift not working, bathroom lights not working, air con on constantly couldn’t turn it down, was like a fridge at times. Furniture battered in places, carpet was disgraceful, didn’t want to walk around without shoes on. Didn’t find the staff overly helpful, would certainly not recommend especially as we paid £600 for one night due to its proximity to Wembley Stadium, rip off!
