+ Everything Cant describe it as its the best of best in staff, check in, service, twice cleaning, whatever we request the provide immediately. Location is amazing 2 minutes to Oxford and selfrdiges. Of course ill return back to it when coming back to London

+ Our family of five (including a teen and two young adults) had a wonderful stay last week!!! Due to the size of our group we had a king room and a club suite. Every employee with whom we interacted was very hospitable and helpful. We arrived a little after noon, and they let us check into one room early to store our luggage. They also upgraded our non-club room to have club amenities, which we used for breakfast most mornings and evening drinks. The club offerings all had allergen labeling, and we. Wry much appreciated that. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There was mirror at the desk and full length mirror in the rooms that made it easy for us all to get ready quickly. The hotel is located on a quiet street in a very upscale part of town. We always felt safe. Lots of restaurants and stores within a very short walk. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Bond Street Tube station. The overall vibe of the hotel was very relaxed and quiet. We would definitely recomm
