+ Emplacement près de la gare Paddington, personnel accueillant et amical. Équipement optimisé malgré la petite chambre.

− Insonorisation pas vraiment au top (même si l’hôtel ne peut pas contrôler ses clients mal polis).

Friendly hotel, good location

+ Location was good near the tube station friendly staff.

− I have passed the problems in the room I used as the shower was poor and TV didn't work. However the room my daughter had was at the top and was extremely hot and they used 2 tower fans a desk fan and propped open a skylight so they could sleep. But the room was a good size. As it was an older hotel there wasn't air conditioning, which I didn't expect, and due to outside temperatures it was uncomfortable to sleep but the hotel had supplied the fans

Buona solo la posizione

+ La posizione é eccellente per chi viaggia in treno é a 2 passi da Paddington,a 1 fermata di metro da Notting hill ristoranti bar in zona vicinissimi parcheggio auto a pagamento vicino la stazione. Ma il resto è tutto da rivedere Reception che non sa cosa significhi accoglienza cortesia gentilezza e sorrisi.abbiamo avuto problemi con il bagno con il condizionatore che è finto camera piccolissima lavabo inusabile Un grazie alla seconda ragazza alla reception che ci ha aiutato con lo scarico del bagno e sorrisi,l altra ragazza ha ancora molto da imparare nell hotellerie

− La mancanza assoluta di sorrisj e gentilezza Chi viaggia di solito é in vacanza e alla reception spesso cerca una spalla

Based on our experience, we were very pleased we chose the Royal Eagle for our stay.

+ We were very fortunate to have one of the few air conditioned rooms during a warm spell and really appreciated it. The location was excellent for its proximity to Paddington station and the park, and staff were consistently helpful.

− Beds (very firm and on the short side), towels (thin, worn); location of room in basement meant the room was dark (even in summer) and we couldn't open the windows to get fresh air because of the restaurant exhausts. However, it was probably the location which meant we enjoyed the air conditioning (ie, only a few rooms, those in the basement, had AC). We would also have appreciated a mini-fridge to have milk with our tea first thing in the morning.
