+ It was clean. Good air conditioning.
Polite and helpful staff. The room had a hairdryer and a iron in it. Also had a small fridge. The shower was good and clean.
Breakfast had what you needed. Cereal, some yoghurts, cooked breakfast items scrambled eggs, bacon sausages, beans and mushrooms and hash browns. There were some croissants available. It had a coffee machine. The hotel was in a great location near 2 tube stations. Bayswater for the circle line and queensway on the central line. It was a good hotel for the price

+ The hotel is in a good area with lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes around. It was also easy to get public transport from here and back.

− The guy at the reception this morning, July 21, 2026 was so rude. I stayed for 8 nights in the hotel and they cannot keep my luggage for just 2 hours. He said that their storage is full. He was not even courteous or apologetic. I told him the hotel will get a bad review about it and he told me GO AHEAD! What kind of hotel staff like that! You're business is providing accommodation to the public at very EXPENSIVE RATE and you treat your guests like that? I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, EVER! Very expensive, no good breakfast, and staff this morning was RUDE! Never ever again.

Very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and excessive nighttime noise.
