It was ok, felt a bit overpriced for what it was.

+ It was an ok stay, nothing special and fairly average. Very loud party of German men when we arrived in the bar which was a bit off putting. Room was ok. Very stained carpet, bed was two singles together but wasn’t uncomfortable. Breakfast standard. No WiFi at all which was frustrating. Good location for tube.

− The very stained carpet and it didn’t feel safe, the lift could be accessible to anyone who walked in

Very nice, clean, modern hotel in a good location

+ Nice, modern hotel in a good location. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious.

− We didn't find the bed to be very comfortable. Car park (and spaces) were very small and hard to manouvre

Fantastic!

+ Hotel was right in the centre of Ealing, the staff were very lovely and let us check in two hours earlier. The room was clean, and hairdryer and other facilities included including air conditioning, heating and tea setup. Overall very satisfied with our experience, and great value for the price.

− The shampoo wasn’t very nice but that is a real nitpick, everything was great.

Lovely and comfortable hotel.

+ Very nice decor and good sized room. Helpful staff.

− Rang bell twice at reception on arrival but had to go into bar area to speak to another member of staff before being dealt with.

+ Kwaliteit bed

− Bij boeking hadden ze mogen vertellen dat er zondagavond een feest zou plaatsvinden waardoor er luide muziek te horen was tot 2u. Vuile vlekken op tapijt in kamer.

Awful!

+ Location was OK. Reception staff was pleasant. Reception area was set up ok.

− Stayed in a suite. 309 Old carpet, burn, bleach stains. Old furniture, not sure whether it was all a little dirty or just really old and difficult to clean. Bed cheap, furnishings very cheap, bedding was awful. No idea why they believe they can charge hundreds of pounds for that room. Truly awful!
