+ Oh my gosh… what a stay. Broadwick Soho absolutely nailed the guest experience from start to finish. It's one of those hotels where you genuinely feel looked after, rather than simply checked in and out. The hospitality was exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, every member of staff was warm, attentive and incredibly helpful. What stood out most was that this level of care didn't disappear once checkout was approaching. Even on my last day, the team remained just as engaged and accommodating, which made the experience feel genuinely hospitable rather than transactional.
