Lovely staff, great location and good value for money.

+ Close to Hammersmith tube station, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable

− The rooms were quite warm but there was a fan provided so may have just been because of the heatwave

I am not sure why this place gets such good reviews. Needs updated information and new beds.

+ the location is good. near transport and restaurants, etc 1 small fan was provided, no AC as listed.

− The bed was terrible with big dents.. We turned it around and was slightly better. We were put in a room right next to the door and the street. You couldn't really open the curtains or windows because of noise and a lot of sirens. Only 1 small towel was provided per person- no hand or face towel. The shower door didn't close all the way so water got on the floor. The listing on the search site says AC and breakfast. There were neither. WE would not have selected this place if we had known. Please update your information.
