Praktisch und bequem

+ Ideale Lage in Earl‘s Court, sehr nahe am U-Bahnhof auf direktem Weg zum Flughafen und in die Innenstadt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele nette kleine Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch mit dem Bus kommt man gut in die Innenstadt, als ich dort war, hat die U-Bahn gestreikt, da war der Bus eine sehr gute Alternative. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist recht großzügig und modern.

− Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss, man musste also abends immer die Vorhänge zuziehen und konnte nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Leider gibt es im Hotel kein Frühstück.

+ Check in and out was easy. Plenty of water, tea and coffee available.

− Security deposit of £150 is rather a lot and was not prewarned. However it was returned very quickly after checkout

+ Location was very good.

− I have never seen smaller double size bed in my life. In the business Home products, i am aware of exact standard international bed size for 1 person and 2 persons. They charge for 2 person and bed and the rooms are extremely small, it seemed more like a student accomodation. No Breakfast;

It was grand good location and fine for London but the illegal charge has left a huge dampener on the trip

+ Central location, easy check in as we arrived late and they had closed room was small but comfortable

− Charged my card on departure and when I queried it the response time was over 24hours. After which I was told I had been charged as they found a broken glass in the room. I was not notified of any breakages in the room prior to my card being charged which is a massive breach on their part. There was nothing broken in the room when I left. It was left as it was found so this was hugely disappointing. How many others have had this charge added and not queried!!

Good value for excellent accommodation

+ Convenient location for public transport, room was spotlessly clean with everything for a comfortable stay including a mini fridge. Receptionist Samia was friendly, cheerful and engaging - due to the ongoing heatwave she also offered additional fans if required.
