− Alles war verdreckt. Das Zimmer, der Restaurantbereich, der Lift…

The hotel was nice, the decor was lovely, the location was great.
+ Really lovely decor, good sized room and quiet.
− The room could have been cleaned a little better. There were a few crumbs on the sofa in the room and on the floor when we arrived.

Easy for one night, wouldn't want to stay in peak summer.
+ Location very useful and overall design of the building is pleasant.
− The air conditioning in the room was remotely turned off so we couldn't cool the room down. The hotel is based on a main road so windows open weren't an option either.

Everything you'd like and more
+ Having a kitchen (fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher) is economical since many meals can be done pretty cheaply. Best of all is the washer/dryer, so you can pack half the clothes, especially on a longer trip. It takes a few hours but it is still worth it. And the staff are very pleasant and responsive to any requests. I've stayed at the Kensington hotel before and it is well situated for transportation all over London. (The Tower Bridge location has the same amenities.)
− Minor, but longer hours for the "cafe" would be nice - not so much a "didn't like" as a wish.

+ God frokost. Bra air condition og morsomt inventar.
− LAng ventetid på frokost vår siste dag, Bra de andre dagene. Kunne vært bedre renhold. Kom ikke å skiftet håndklær og vi måtte til resepsjonen for å hente toalettpapir.

Never happened
− They cancelled my room the MORNING I was meant to check in… saying there were ‘technical issues’ … and I had to push for a refund 💔
