Great location, small room ok for one night
+ Location , friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Room was clean and well stocked

Air conditioning is a must. And the room I stayed although new is far too samll.
+ The space of the room, although fully aware it is a simgle eu suite rook is far too small for a confortable stay in the room, especially after a long flight. Although there is e-fan, it is noisy and not cool enough sometimes. Lcoation is good. Breakfast is good too.
− The size of the room is unexpectely small. So small that I had difficulties opening my luggage.

Not worth it, should have stayed elsewhere.
+ It was quite central, nearby a few underground stops, and right around the corner from the British museum.
− The room was tiny, and did not look like the listing photos. The bed’s headboard was so wide which meant that as someone who is 5’10, my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. There was no air con or lift which, yes, that’s listed on the listing, but I was expecting there to be better air flow. Instead, I had to sleep with the window open and got woken up by traffic noise outside. It felt like sleeping in a shoe box.
The ‘complimentary breakfast’ was a row of cereals, a bowl of fruit, tinned peaches, cold ham and turkey and hard boiled eggs. Frankly, it was rather disappointing.
