Solides Hotel,sehr freundliches Personal, Preis/Leistung gut
+ Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut,überall gibt es Gastronomie,Souvenirs und durch den Bahnhof Paddington ist quasi jedes Ziel in der Stadt sehr schnell erreicht,auch der Flughafen Heathrow da es eine Direktverbindung gibt.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer sauber.Kaffee und Tee sowie ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer.Wir würden definitiv erneut dort buchen
− Es gibt einigen Renovierungsstau,Die Klimaanlage war defekt und die mobile Anlage ohne Fensterabdichtung wenig effizient.Der Frühstücksraum war zu den normalen Zeiten oft überfüllt.Aber das Personal hat immer versucht schnell für Plätze zu sorgen.

Für einen kurzen Sightseeing- Aufenthalt durchaus zu empfehlen.
+ Das Hotel war super gelegen ganz in der Nähe der Paddington Station, fussläufig zum Hyde- Park und Buckingham Palace wie zur gesamten City. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Daher waren wir insgesamt zufrieden.
− Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer zu dritt, das fast nur aus Betten bestand und das unter dem Dach im 4. Stock gelegen war und der Fahrstuhl fuhr nur bis zum 3. Stock. Dann mussten wir noch eine sehr steile Etage hochgehen. Auch streikte der Fahrstuhl
manchmal. Die Dusche war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war warm unterm Dach, aber es gab eine (geräuschvolle) Klimaanlage.

Well presented accommodation, on leafy street, close to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station
+ Hotel is but a short walk ( less than 10 minutes) from Lancaster Gate underground station, bus stops for Central London, and Hyde Park. There are several restaurants on the same street.
The Reception area is well presented and inviting, staff were attentive, and there is a lift to the upper floors. While I had a smaller room, it was well appointed, with flat-screen TV attached to the wall at end of the bed, a small fridge inside the door, and an ensuite bathroom (incl shower) somehow fitted in as well ! Kettle and cups were provided, and a hair-dryer should one require this. I particularly appreciated the presence of a room fan to ease the summer heat.
Choice of hot food or Continental fayre for breakfast.
− The mattress was quite high off floor. Shower had an overhead outlet ONLY ( which can be an issue for those who might wish to keep longer hair dry).
