Very disappointing stay. This property feels more like converted apartments than a four-star hotel, and cleanliness and

+ The location was convenient, and the towels and the bedsheets themselves appeared clean.

− Future guests should know that this is not a traditional hotel. It is a collection of around five separate apartment buildings converted into hotel rooms, with no central lobby or hotel facilities. If you’re traveling as a family or group, there is a real possibility of being assigned to different buildings, even if you book together. We emailed in advance requesting rooms together and booked a suite, but one of our rooms was in the basement with windows facing another room at close distance, so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Housekeeping is only provided every other day. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When we requested them, they were taken away again the following day. The overall cleanliness was disappointing. The blankets and pillows looked heavily worn, with brown discoloration on the edges. Although the bedsheets looked clean, the bedding underneath had an unpleasant smell. In my opinion it does not meet the standard expected of a four-star hot

− لقد تم سرقة شحن التلفون من الغرفه وعند مراجعتهم عن فقدان الشحن لم يفيدونا بشيء والمسؤل عن ذلك تنظيف الغرف , الغرفه صغيره جداً ، والفرش غير نظيف

+ Very clean room, had more space than I thought we would. I also really appreciated the staff holding our bags for us while we went and walked around before our check in time at 3. Also loved that there was AC!

− The only thing I did not like was that the glass doors to the bathroom were a little seethrough, but other than that, it was great.

Not the stay we were expecting

+ Air conditioned room with comfortable bed.

− It isn’t within a hotel, our room was in a different building along the row. Room was small and on the ground floor at the front so had to keep curtains shut or anyone passing could see in. Room was next to front door and lift so some disturbance from others coming in. For over £200 a night (without breakfast) left feeling short changed.
