+ The hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, making the stay convenient.
− The room was a bit small, and there was some noise from outside at times. The Wi-Fi could also be more reliable. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

Awful. Never again and I’d advise anyone & everyone to avoid staying at this hotel.

− The kettle didn’t work & I asked for it to be replaced 4 times. I purchased a phone charger power lead that mysteriously disappeared from my room. Also the bedside light didn’t work.

− A nuestra llegada no entendíamos las reseñas bajas, estábamos contentos con la calidad/precio que habíamos pagado teniendo en cuenta que era una semana antes del viaje.
La segunda noche, al volver de estar todo el día fuera, no teníamos toallas. Tuvimos que rogar para que nos dieran una aunque fuera. La mañana siguiente tomamos un café de los proporcionados por el hotel en la habitación y al volver por la noche, la taza seguía ahí. Ese día nos volvieron a dejar una única toalla siendo dos personas, pasamos de reclamar otra vez.

Absolutel rubbish. Don’t bother.
+ I have stayed in probably 100’s of hotels in my many years of travelling but this is by far the worst I’ve experienced. I told the various staff that my kettle didn’t work at least 4 times without a replacement although I was told the receptionist Karma that I could take hot water back to my room. I couldn’t be bothered so ended up buying a coffee which cost me £4.
Then when I got back to the room on my second day the charging lead I’d purchased the previous day another £12 mysteriously disappeared in my absence. Karma assured me that no cleaning staff would have removed the lead suggesting I’m either a fool or a liar.
To be fair I probably should’ve looked at the 2.6 star reviews before I booked.
What an absolute shambles of a hotel.
Oh & the bedside light didn’t work either but I’d given up hope by that point. £16 down angry it’s almost ruined my experience of South Kensington. Almost.

Good value for a London break
+ This hotel was excellent value for money. It was clean, beds made and toiletries and tea replaced daily. Enough space for our belongings though not much room to walk round to the other side of the bed. Good location around 5 minutes walk to Gloucester Road tube station. Staff were very friendly and polite. It does not serve breakfast but coffee shops, a Waitrose and cafes nearby.
