+ The location is excellent if you want to get around the city center; there is a tube station nearby (Lancaster Gate on the Central line) as well as Paddington Station, which offers other underground lines and train services. There are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area, and it is a very peaceful neighborhood. The hotel itself is just as quiet; there is no noise at all at night, allowing for a great night's sleep. The staff are incredibly friendly and everything is kept very clean. They also let us store our luggage for free both before check-in and after check-out. We are very grateful for the excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to sleep that makes commuting easy—plus, Hyde Park is just a 5-minute walk away!

+ I liked the location, it was near the station and had alot of restaurants and cafes so it was very nice
− I didnt like how some facilities like the sink was, it was always spilling water everywhere and it wasn't nice. The pillows weren't so clean, has some hair on it

Beautiful family suite close to train station, as long as you are willing to walk up some stairs!
+ Beautiful and ingeniously designed family suite! Loved the little nooks under the main bed for suitcases and all the cabinetry to help keep a family and their stuff more organized
− The stairs, but we knew about them. Also the second bed in the family suite was very uncomfortable and the bedding was too small for teens.

− I booked two rooms and both were on the ground floor. Very noisy late at night and early morning. Room closest to the reception area was very small. You have to climb across the bed to get to the other side
