− They are behaving as new hotel with fake words of hospitality unlike the real and old Kensington Mandarin Oriental that deal with guess and treat them well, especially this is an expensive hotel.

− Bad service rude staff and unprofessional

− No hot water on arrival, bad food and hard to communicate with staff who are not native English speakers. Also simple things like the TV and the hot water in the shower don’t work properly. We actually had to move rooms after arriving from the airport and there being no hot water to shower. We kept telling them there was no hot water and 3 people came to check as if it wasn’t true, finally they accepted and we moved rooms. Definitely not worth the price
