good stay - perfect for a stay if going to wembley

+ nice big room, had no windows as was at bottom however there was an air con unit which kept the room nice and cold all the time. stayed for a concert at wembley and easy to use the tube to get there and back

− had no problems with it. would of liked a window but that was just the room we got - other rooms on other floors have windows obviously

Esta bien para un finde

+ La habitación era amplia, limpia, tenia cerca transporte publico y tiendas.

− El aire estaba puesto todo el rato a temperatura muy baja, no conseguimos quitarlo y por lo tanto pasamos algo de frio y el lavamanos estaba atascado. En cuanto al personal, solo el primer dia nos atendió una recepcionista muy borde, pero los demás fueron amables.

+ Location and size of room was good!

− The air condition is always on cold, it would not turn off and we were freezing in the middle of summer. Also the bathroom had a red light on the mirror in the wall in front of the bath tub which was weird, reminded of a hidden camera..

This was not what I paid for, and too expensive considering there was mold everywhere.

+ I liked that there was a grocery store close to the hotel

− I didn't like that there was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom, and that the bathroom door didn't close properly and couldn't be locked, there was a crack in the door frame, the lights were always flickering in the bathroom, there was something in the shower like a mirror but sometimes when I took a shower a red light would turn on in this mirror I don't know what this is supposed to be whether it was some kind of screen or something worse. I paid for a double bed but got two small beds put together I didn't think it was good either, the safe was locked and there for unusable
