Avoid

+ Good location for where we needed to go. Rooms are big.

− One month later and I am still waiting for the hold on my credit card to be released. I have phoned on a weekly basis to be told that i will be called back regarding the matter and surprise nobody ever calls me back. We ordered food at the bar which never came, the staff had forgot to put it through! The furniture in the lobby was broken. I didn’t want to leave a negative review but when I can’t even get my own money released when I checked out a month ago is a huge issue.

Great hotel, great staff.

+ Fantastic location and great personnel. Very attentive and helpful. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, all helping to give a good night sleep.

− Breakfast was included which I would suggest doing. As when i noticed I had to sign for it, the cost was over 70.00 for breakfast. I would say for what it was and how it could have been improved this was totally over priced. For example poached eggs were over cooked and not runny at all as a petty example. At that cost fir a breakfast for 2 people, I would have expected better.

We will definitely be back.

+ The breakfast was very good, but at £33 a pop it’s by far the most expensive breakfast I’ve ever had. The location was spot on for everything including the Uber boat and close to the tube station too. Gym and pool facilities were also great.

− Had minor issues with cleaning (not up to the required standards), but Meticulous Melissa came to the rescue and re cleaned the entire room to an exceptionally high standard.

+ This is a lovely clean comfortable hotel, good location in Canary Wharf.

− The barman wasn’t very friendly.
