+ One of the best familiar located hotels for a stay or longer in London: perfect hospitality, friendly & experienced staff, beautiful decorated rooms, top breakfast ....just a lovely place. Well done to all involved persons.

+ Continental breakfast was very good and I was very happy that there was glutenfree options. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. The hotel had all time charm in it and felt very comfortable.

Everything was absolutely lovely! ​The entire team was exceptionally kind, with a special shoutout to Mirakle and Tomoko San at the front desk — they were so sweet, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. It was also such a charming touch to see the hotel owner interacting warmly with guests during breakfast; it really made us feel right at home. ​Speaking of breakfast, we enjoyed it immensely! It was beautifully presented, featuring very fresh, high-quality ingredients in a bright and lovely atmosphere. The overall standard of cleanliness was top-tier as well — the room, the bathroom, and the breakfast area were all spotlessly clean and tidy. ​The location is ideal: the hotel sits on a remarkably quiet and elegant street, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep, yet it’s just steps away from a vibrant main road.
