The highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their exceptional service made us feel genuinely welcome and turned our stay into a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach many attractions and public transport. It also had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, efficient air conditioning, and two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

+ Location was great, very convenient to public transportation. Small store on same street. Safe area. Staff very nice. Very clean. Comfortable.
− Unit was not as pictured and could use some attention (older cabinets, area by washing machine could be made nicer) but it was clean. AC wasn’t properly explained and we didn't figure it out til the last night - but that's on us for not asking.

I will come back to London and stay in the same place again and again.
+ I cannot say enough about the location and the staff service there. Ahmed was amazing. He accommodated us a few hours before check-in time which was priceless on a cold summer day in London.

Gorgeous apartment in a nice area.
+ Absolutely beautiful apartment, I stayed here with my family of five and we were all very comfortable. Short walk to the bus line and subway, and right around the corner from Buckingham Palace.
− I would’ve liked if there were outlets near the bed and near a mirror so we can see our hair when blow drying, but otherwise it was great, lovely place, staff were super friendly and helpful.
