It was worth it and pleasant.
+ The staff were exceptionally thoughtful, considerate, and friendly, especially Gesha, who immediately took care of our requests when we arrived and were unhappy with the room we had been assigned. She promptly helped us change rooms, and we were absolutely delighted with the new one.
In addition, the housekeeping staff were professional, efficient, and thorough. The room was spotless throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, even with the self-check-in process.
− Our first impression was somewhat negative because the room we were initially assigned was not what we had expected. However, the staff resolved the issue immediately without any additional cost or hesitation. They treated us with respect and understanding throughout the process, turning what could have been a disappointing experience into a very positive one. As a result, we had no issues for the rest of our stay.

Did the job for the required purpose
+ Very close to Olympia, which was my destination each day. Also very close to Kensington high street (walking distance).
Room was small but comfortable.
− It was as described but no more.

Not comfortable, disappointing.
+ Location good
− Our Aircon didn’t work and it was extremely hot in London. We were told there were no other available rooms . We had a basement room and the fan provided was little use.
