− I normally would not submit a second review, but I feel compelled to respond to the property's reply to my original feedback. My reviews are always intended to be fair and constructive. As a hospitality professional with more than 30 years of experience, my goal is to provide helpful observations, not to criticize unfairly. Overall, I enjoyed the property and its amenities. My only concern was the internet service, which was unreliable during my stay. Because I had lost my phone and could not use a mobile hotspot, I was forced to rely on local businesses to complete important online tasks. When I reported the issue, I was told the problem was likely my computer. Since my computer worked properly everywhere else, I do not believe that was the cause. I was disappointed by the defensive response at the front desk and by the unprofessional tone of the property's reply to my review.
