− Nothing really v comfortable, just a v small bathroom, but enough for 1/2 nights stay for a concert or mini break .

Overall, the great location and spacious room were definite positives, but the issues with the room, comfort, and the in
+ • The location was excellent and very convenient.
• The room was spacious.
• The staff member who eventually came to help us after we were locked out was very apologetic and professional.
− Cons:
• There was no full-length mirror in the room, so we had to leave our room just to use one.
• The room had an unpleasant smell, and since the windows couldn’t be opened, there was no way to air it out.
• We accidentally got locked out of our room and called the emergency number. The initial response we received was, “Sorry, madam, I can’t help you.” That was very frustrating. We were left wondering what we were expected to do, wait outside until the next morning? Thankfully he called someone & eventually came to assist us, and he was very apologetic, which we appreciated.
• The bathroom was quite small.
• The beds were very firm, especially the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable.
. The receptionist needs to be more welcoming.

Al final durmió en el suelo con 2 edredones 3 días por 500 euros
+ La ubicación y Aaron el chico de recepción muy profesional , la habitación la hacían todos los días y el cambio de toallas
− La cama pequeña para el niño no servía teníamos dos colchones inservibles, los resortes estaban vencidos y estaban meados y sucios se puso una queja y no hicieron nada solo que nos quejáramos a booking que no hizo nada para solucionarlo la próxima vez reservare con otra empresa , una vergüenza por el precio que se pagó
