+ Good location, adequate accommodation
− Didn't have any veggie sausages or bacon on our first morning. I didn't know I should have told them on checking in. I thought being vegetarian was considered normal these days

+ Very confortable family room, beds. The service is very good. We could borrow tennis rackets to play on the courts in front of the hotel. We loved the breakfast. Excellent location with restaurants and shops nearby and close to Euston station, which is convenient to visit London.
− The double bed is not extra large. It s ok though if you are not too big

Wonderful location
+ This hotel has a number of things going for it such as
- Amazing location, with Euston, Russell Square and Kings Cross station in walking distance.
- Friendly staff
- Great size bedroom and bathroom.
- Breakfast included
- Air con (which we stayed during a heat wave)
− The bed wasn’t super comfortable which I can deal with that but the main item that let this hotel down was the shower pressure. Literally just a drizzle! Staff were notified and apologised but unsure if this was fixed or it just happened to be our room.
Side note - there is no lift. Thankfully I was aware of this and we packed accordingly and checked our bag in our 20kg bag into reception for the stay.

+ Ontbijt was heel basic. Eieren niet altijd top.

Well priced clean and comfortable with good breakfast included.
+ Clean room, comfortable bed,fans and air con. Staff friendly and a good breakfast was provided. Choice of continental and cooked.
Hotel looks attractive from the outside and is close to main stations and British Library. Easier than we thought to get to theatres from this location.
− Need to be careful walking back later at night. Not the hotels fault. Unpleasant man approached us and was verbally abusive near park area on our way back around 10.30pm.

Très agréable pour un week-end à Londres
+ Hotel cosy et mignon. Tres bonne situation géographique dans Londres on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied et en plus il y a plusieurs stations de métro à côté bref parfaitement situé 👍
Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et tres réactif.
La literie est confortable
La chambre est propre et les lits sont refaits chaque jour.
− La salle de bains est un peu étroite et surtout tres désuète. L'eau de la douche est très difficile à régler. Les équipements wc lavabo douche sont vraiment vieillissants voire abîmés. Bref en mauvais état et pas très fonctionnel.
