− My bedroom door would not lock and single lady staying alone i asked to swap rooms and they said they were fully booked and i could just stay in that room it would be fine there is someone on reception all night! not acceptable they then refused a refund and said they would have to let me know in the morning if they can refund so i had to go and wake my colleague up and luckily he was willing to share as i could not find another hotel at 11.30pm also the tv did not work and the air con was intermittent

Won’t stay here again
+ The outside looks nice and it’s close to transport. The staff made our bed and renewed the towels each day.
− The booking was misleading, the room we got what not what I paid for, yet when I raised this to the front desk, the lady was adamant it was correct. It looked nothing like the photo of the room I chose. The hotel room smelt terrible. The room carpet was dirty. Blind and bedside light was broken. The bathroom smelt like mould. There was no soap in the shower. I asked to be moved to a new room but again the bathroom smelt and the room was exactly the same.

Convenient, comfortable and overall great short stay.
+ Stepped out the front door to the main street, Paddington station a 5 minute walk. Lovely cafes for breakfast and around a 35 minute walk into Oxford street. We hired the red bikes located at the end of the road to get around after a drink on an eveing, great fun!!! Hotel, very clean and accommodating.
− The size of the room is very small, we didnt book for the room but more the location so it was fine as we knew we would be out and about exploring but for those who want more space, book larger than a small double.

Emplacement super!
+ Emplacement proche station métro,ligne bus, fast food, restaurant, boutique de souvenirs.
J'avais lu de mauvais commentaires sur l'hôtel quelques jours avant mon arrivée et je n'ai eu aucun souci. Personnel agréable, disponible. Service bagagerie pour le jour de départ.
La clim fonctionnait correctement, chambre faite tous les jours par le personnel de l'hôtel.
Nécessaire dans la chambre ( serviettes de bain, gel douche, shampoing)
J'y retournerai sans hésiter si je retourne à Londres 🙂
− Pas de volet dans la chambre,mais store occultant, donc réveil tôt au vu de la période de mon séjour à Londres.
