Great hotel, fab location and excellent staff
+ Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large, cooled with a very efficient fan. Bed extremely comfortable
− Nothing really. I could see that decorators were in , our room was freshly painted. The entrance floor tiles were being updated. A minor thing is that some of the grouting in the bathroom was old and needs replaced

Świetnie położony hotel o rozsądnej cenie, polecam.
+ Przepiękna lokalizacja, widok na Kensington Garden, 5 kroków do parku, Piękne miejsce. Relatywnie duży i jasny pokój. Sympatyczna obsługa. Tuż koło metra.
− Złe oświetlenie lustra w łazience. Mało gniazdek koło łóżka,

+ Da localização e do bom atendimento. Foi a minha terceira vez lá. Fica bem de frente pra entrada do Hyde park, quase ao lado do metrô Lancaster Gate e tem bons lugares pra se comer por perto. Muito bom café da manhã, único Hotel onde o hóspede pode fazer seu próprio suco natural de laranja!E tem saco de água quente no quarto , o que foi muito bom pra mim! Super recomendo!!!

− The room was a bit hot from no aircon but we did have a fan and opened the windows

Great location and breakfast
+ Highly recommend breakfast, friendly staff, opposite Hyde park.
− Traffic noise but it London so going to be, secondary glazing helped cut it back a little. Room a little tired and dated but clean and comfortable
