− No window. There was a window only in the toilet. Room didn't lool like the foto in the booking.

− There is no fridge in the room otherwise it's perfect a bit small but good value for money

− No staff, no elevators, no hand rail where my sister fractured her ankle in 2 places, on our first day in London, forcing us to end our holiday. Even our room had 2 steps in it, one was so obscure, as the whole room has grey carpet. I placed my white backpack in front of it to remember to step up and down, as I nearly tripped too.

− One day we had no water and when we contacted the owner the answer was "there must be a problem in the area". Few hours later we checked the governmental website and there was no any works in the area. After we sent that info to the owner only then he said "maybe the cleaners switched it off" and asked us to go to the basement and to open the valve for the building. For the price I pay didn't expect going to basements to open valves. Also the iron was missing, the board was there but the iron was missing. In the shower there were two bottles marked "shampoo" leaving unclear if the bottle is wrongly marked or the substance inside.
