+ The staff were so friendly and professional. The room was very clean, and the bed was sooo comfy! The shower had great pressure and the price was more than okay.
− There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great location, friendly staff but very hot in a noisy location
+ Room, beds and bathroom were clean, although fridge was not.
− The room was extremely hot. We were in the middle of the heat wave, but it was still unbearble. The staff had set up a number of fans before we arrived, but they were blowing very hot air. Leaving the windows open meant that we got the sounds of the north circular all through the night.

+ Nice and clean, good facilities, good location with various bus stops nearby and both members of staff that I spoke to were lovely.
− Only reason I gave it a 9 instead of 10 is because I was there during a heatwave and without air con the room was still a little bit too warm even with the fans they had in there. Not exactly their fault but still something that made the experience just slightly less than perfect.

Absolutely fantastic, will definitely stay again!
+ It was in a fantastic place to get to Tottenham stadium for a show. Really easy to find and really nice decor too. We were greeted as we came in and the owner was so nice and welcoming. The bed was really comfy and the room came with a fridge and plenty fans which were a fantastic addition after a hot day.
− We couldn’t get the tv or WiFi to work but this was only a minor thing

+ The location was brilliant for our gig at Tottenham Hotspurs stadium. The staff were very friendly.
− The room was soooo hot and we were told that the windows pulled open but they were impossible to open, so we spent a very uncomfortable night. Yes, there was a heatwave though.
The shower wasn't very powerful and the shower gel in the room seemed old.
