− Roomservice war schlecht, teilweise nicht da! Rezeption hat uns 3 mal neue Handtücher versprochen, haben wir bis zur Abreise nicht erhalten! Selten wurden wir so ignoriert!

Great location. Staff lacking in warmth.

+ Fabulous location. Easy access to everything by bus or by foot. It was great to have a quiet place to relax at the end of a busy day.

− Some staff were very welcoming and warm yet others quite cold. There was no way to contact staff from the apartment except via WhatsApp. I did send a message needing something. I had no reply. Fortunately it wasn't life threatening.
