Für Familien die einen etwas längeren London-Trip machen wollen, ist das Hotel ideal.
+ Das Hotel ist sauber, es gab für uns als Familie genügend Platz und besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster etc.). Die Lage naher der Station Earls Court ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Zum Naturkundemuseum oder in den Holland Park kann man sogar laufen.
− Das Personal war je nach Besetzung sehr unterschiedlich - mal super freundlich, mal eher genervt. Außerdem es gab sehr wenig Ablageflächen für Kleidung, Handtücher und Bad-Sachen.

+ Great location close to supermarket and tube station. Apartment was very clean and has everything needed for our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
− AC didn’t work most of the time we were there. Fortunately wasn’t too hot during the day so it didn’t get too hot inside and we were able to open the windows at night to cool it off

1. MISREPRESENTED ROOM SIZE:
Let's start with the room itself. It was significantly smaller than advertised on the platform. The photos and square footage provided online are highly exaggerated and misleading.
2. DENIED INSPECTION & FABRICATED LIES:
Because we were rushing to catch a train, we explicitly asked the MALE receptionist at the desk to conduct a joint check-out inspection. He flatly refused, stating "the manager will check it later."
When we disputed their subsequent charges, the General Manager (Angelo) actually fabricated a written "witness statement," falsely claiming a female manager (Guendalina) was present and available to inspect.
