+ Loved the proximity and the apartment itself was well appointed and clean

+ Great location, all amenities and very clean.
− Selected a crib and a highchair for a baby which wasn't provided despite being told it would be if I selected it. Selected on both Booking website and property's guest check-in service. This meant I had to either prop baby up with pillows or keep them in the pram while I was preparing meals or having a shower. Not ideal travelling alone with a baby.
The fan in the living room was also full of dust and the particles were blowing off into the room.
However, I would stay again if I wasn't traveling with a baby as the apartment itself was beautiful and very clean.

I may pick this place again if visit London again.
+ Such a great location to go anywhere shopping or dinning and close to underground . It’s super clean! The washer and dryer are in one which served us well. The beds were very comfortable. The managers are flexible to accommodate our early arrival.
− It was a bit hot while we were in London. There was no AC but fans worked for us.

Spacious, comfortable, excellent location, and super clean
+ Everything was included! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, full kitchen, laundry soap, coffee and tea with milk and sugar. Fans in every bedroom! The breeze at night was awesome! The location is PERFECT for most major sightseeing spots. We walked everywhere and never used public transportation, although it was also close by. Shops and restaurants were right around the corner. Large beds in the 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms were a lovely change from sharing one bathroom at other locations on our trip. We pushed the twin beds together to make a king and slept great! WiFi was great, and there were instructions for using most items.
− It’s rough climbing 4 flights of stairs to get to our 3rd story flat after a long day of sightseeing by walking the city. There isn’t much of a view, but we didn’t mind. Pretty pricey.
