+ Frankie, the representative, who met us, was charming, friendly, and helpful, which made our arrival easy and relaxing. There was excellent communication from her prior to our arrival, which was very helpful.
Kay, the host, was very friendly and helpful too, and communicated with us brilliantly from the moment of booking, to the time we departed, and was immediately responsive to our queries during our stay at the apartment.
− The directions from the Underground at Canary Wharf to the apartment needed updating, as there have been changes to the buildings since they were written, leading to possible confusion. Kay assured me, when I mentioned it to her, that they will do that right away.

+ - Frankie was very supportive from the day I checked in until checkout. She even waited for me after the agreed check-in time, as my flight was slightly delayed. She kindly showed me the nearby grocery store and the closest restaurant.
- I requested a parking spot for the car I rented on my last day, and they managed to secure one for me, even though I ddint mentioned the requirement of parking when I booked the property.
- The property’s location was close to a tube station, which made commuting in London much easier without needing a car.
− - AC was not very efficient.

+ The apartment is in a prime location with a wonderful view, modern furniture, and fully equipped kitchen.
− The aircondition was not cooling enough during a hot wave, however, the owners provided extra fans and cooling units.
