Notting Hill Serviced Apartments by Concept Apartments

− NO APTO PARA VERANO. Estabamos a 25 grados en el exterior y dentro de la habitación de 14h a 20h era imposible estar, ya que habian más de 40 grados, asi que si querias descansar por la tarde no podías. Solo había un ventilador de unos 30cm, que obviamente era insuficiente. Fiumos a mediados de julio (no había ola de calor), podrían haber tomado medidas para solventarlo, pero supongo que no les interesa gastar algo de dinero. Le falta mantenimiento.

− Stairs, bus line is 24/7, a bit noisy. Pillows are flat. :)

− Unfortunately as it was a basement room and the heat was continually trapped, despite a window opening of a couple of inches. The small table top fan whilst standing in front of it was ok, it was not sufficient. For the value of money compared to the room and heat, we left a night earlier than intended to seek a good night's sleep where it was cooler; (booked for three nights, and was already looking to leave before the first nights sleep).

− Bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur, ohne Klimaanlage oder einer Möglichkeit zu lüften (Fenster lässt sich nur ca 10 cm öffnen) einfach eine Qual. Da die Unterkunft an einer 4 spurigen Straße liegt, ist es zudem sehr laut. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein und die restliche Ausstattung sehr minimalistisch.

− I booked Notting Hill Serviced Apartments (Flat 1-74, Ladbroke Grove) for 10–14 July 2026 and the experience was genuinely appalling. On arrival, the allocated apartment had no air conditioning and no meaningful airflow. The room was so hot that staying in it was completely impossible — not uncomfortable, not “a warm night,” but physically unfit for occupancy. For a paid, serviced apartment in central London in July, this is unacceptable. A habitable indoor climate is the bare minimum any guest is entitled to expect, and this property failed on that most basic requirement. I was forced to leave the room the same day and book alternative accommodation elsewhere, at my own expense and inconvenience, simply to have somewhere I could actually sleep. The property offered no adequate solution on the spot and left me to sort out the situation myself. To make matters worse, obtaining a refund required a formal complaint. There was no proactive ownership of the problem, no urgency, and no sense

− - Poorly connected with the rest of London. - They went a bit too stingy on the toiletries - our trip was too short to bring our own shower gel or to buy some, and what they provided was not enough either. - The bathroom was tiny, with nowhere to put the toiletries while showering. - Avoid visiting in summer, as the flat is like a sauna even with windows open and the fan on max speed.
