Mabledon Court Hotel

− I’m 67. It was hot. I asked if there was a lift. The receptionist - a young strong man said, No but it’s only one floor up. Great, thanks. In the room, I had to use the toilet sideways , the bathroom. So cramped The TV wasn’t a Tv, just a screen I had to use my bed as a bed or a suitcase holder - there was no where else I could open it The food and kitchen cleaning staff were courteous. The food was adequate but the chairs and tables didn’t fit the room, so moving around w food/ coffee was difficult. This was all at the Cavendish, where I’d been rebooked by crown hotels.

− La propreté de la chambre et l’accès à la chambre ! Le fait que nous avons relogé au Cavendish hôtel a été un peu embêtant pour nous

− Rien qui ne soit du fait de l'hôtel. Un groupe arrivé tard au soir et un peu bruyant.
