+ Price was very reasonable, parking and location great. Clean place with a friendly welcome
− Bed mattress was quite hard but ok for one night

+ L’emplacement à 10 min à pied du métro et nous avions une place de parking !
− Le lit que je trouve petit pour deux personnes cela dit nous n’avons peut être pas les mêmes standards selon les pays.

Great location, clean, easy to access and welcoming host.
+ The property was conveniently located on the high street with plenty of transport options and local amenities
− We stayed during a heatwave and despite there being fans on and windows open our room reached 32 degrees and sleeping was almost impossible

Useful for Wembley, when the buses decide to run properly!
+ Lovely, friendly and helpful landlady. Sufficient parking, always a bonus in London. Clean, bright, airy. Everything we needed
− In a heavily Armish area, with a Palestine memorial wall. 2 people stabbed at the bus stop we needed to use. Serious events, blues and twos, on both days, and we only stayed one night. Both blocked the roads. With small roadworks section too, it didn't help. Nothing at all wrong with the hotel, besides a slow, but fully functioning lift. But the people and struggles in the area are what made things more difficult.
