Beware of No A/C for summer stays!!
+ The apartment was in a great location if you want access to nightlife and restaurants but very loud and if you wanted fresh air, it was too loud most of the night. The apartment was very cute and clean.
− Beware of this is a summer stay because there is no A/C, opening the windows is difficult, too loud, and reduces privacy. They left us with just one little fan. It was stifling hot during the summer heat. The kitchen could have a few more basics, such as dishwashing soap, paper towels, oil and salt. We ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher soap during our 4 night visit.

Lovely modern property in a great spot
+ Absolutely perfect location. Right in the thick of it. We had the 5th floor apartment and there’s no lift. Good practice for walking London though.
Sparkling clean throughout and very modern.
− It was a heatwave and a number of the windows are painted shut. There are two fans which helped, but wish we could opened more for a draft.

We have booked many apartments in Central London over the years and this is certainly in the top three.
+ Perfect location for central London. Apartment was modern, large and clean.
− Nothing really. Yes, there are lots of stairs but if you want an apartment in this kind of location you have to accept that this will be the case. Yes, there is street noise at night but again if you want to avoid this don’t book an apartment in this vicinity.

Great spot, perfect for a short stay
+ The location of the property is absolutely superb and the spec on first viewing looks high end
− The bed mattress is ok but in need of replacement and a window had been opened on the second day of our stay whilst we were out that couldn’t be closed
