The Brent Hotel - London - Wembley

− Room smelt musty. Carpet not clean. Holes in bed sheets. Mattresse with very few springs, therefore poor night's sleep. Rooms definitely need upgrade. Tv kept going on and off and kettle only worked if we held the lid!!

− No meals were available and although facilities for making a snack breakfast - tea/coffee, biscuits - were available, we feel it would have been helpful to have been able to have at least a continental breakfast at the hotel. There is a good pub about a 10-minute walk away which served good, tasty meals. They also do breakfasts from 10.00 am but we went 10 mins down the road and found a light breakfast at the RAF Museum!

− My singular complaint was that the extension plug on the desk of the room appeared to be damaged and was a little intermittent when using it so we had to work around it a bit but it was no massive deal to us.
