MSM Arena Hotel

− Very steep steps down to the bathroom, this should be shown on the booking information as some people would find this very difficult

− The hotel cancelled my booking- which was booked months ago, three hours before we checked in . They didn’t offer alternative and did not know when I would receive a refund.

− Needs a bit of tidying up at the front. My room faced the bins.

− Nothing

− Ständige Sirenen in der Nacht. Auch wenn das Hotel selbst dafür nichts kann, war es leider sehr störend. Etwas staubig in versteckten Ecken. Abgenutztes, teilweise etwas fleckiges Bettzeug. Kaputte, schimmlige Silikonfugen im Bad.
