− That the shower didn't work, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and there weren't enough plug sockets for phone chargers etc.

− This is not a hotel with a lobby or anyone on site to help you out. And instead of just sending check-in instructions on check-in day (which I expected), their instruction was to call the office. Problem is my US phone couldn't make local calls. (I eventually found wifi somewhere and called on What's App, but to figure that all out took nearly an hour.) The room did not look as good as the one in the photo, very bare/simple. The hallway was dingy/dirty. Upon entering, the room had an overpowering smell of body odor, like stinky feet. I had to buy air freshening spray and a scented candle. The only lighting was harsh bright lights. The mattress was thin and you could feel all the springs, and when you sat on it it sunk in. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. The refrigerator did not work. My advice - spend a little more and get a better place!!

− The area surrounding the entry door was scruffy, dirty and most unwelcoming.
