Horrible experience
+ When I reached on 13 th of July for my booking 13th -16th of July after my 12 hr shift , land lady introduced me to her son and I find it very indecent that he was smoking weed, I found their attitude very strange and disrespectful, I didn’t find this very safe and asked for refund but she took my luggage and refused to return, I paid her full amount for three nights and started a search for another room at 21:30
− Very dirty, cracks in walls and smells bad

Bel soggiorno ad Hammersmith
+ Albergo londinese classico a gestione famigliare, stanze pulitissime, la signora Mara la titolare simpatica e accogliente, pronta a scambiare sempre due parole e a farti sentire a tuo agio. Quartiere di Hammersmith bellissimo, ricco di negozi posti per mangiare e ben servito con i mezzi

Cozy Stay outside the city
+ Mara was such a lovely property manager. I had a rough travel day and she was prepared to offer a speedy check in and a clean room. Very attentive through the whole process.
The location is close to two underground stations and many lovely shops and cafes nearby.

Great location and host. Small-Medium size but functional, and nicely decorated for the style.
+ Great location. Comfortable and clean. Mara was helpful in the lead up to our stay, and kept everything neat and tidy daily while we were there.
Bathroom was small as expected, but completely suitable for us for 3 nights.
