Central Palace - Excellent Stay in London Zone 1

− Zimmer und duschen und wc nicht sauber :. Bett ist Schimmel schlimm . Personal sehr unfreundlich und Frechheit.. er macht meine Koffer auf Zimmer raus geschmissen ohne informiert.. er nicht hilfsbereit. Bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden

− Bathroom was not attached.

− Todo correcto en relación al precio pagado. Quizás el baño de la planta superior necesita una limpieza de cara.

− La escalera crujía mucho y las habitaciones no están muy bien aisladas del ruido. Recomiendo llevar antifaz si te molesta la luz para dormir

− The front door digital keypad was difficult to operate; the staircases between our room (first floor). Shared toilet (ground floor) & shared bathroom (second floor) were quite steep.

− The property is a scam, pictures on booking.com are photoshopped/AI generated. Area: far from everything, there is no buses or metrostation close by, the area is shady. Building: is super old, it smells bad. The stairs make disturbing loud sound when people walk. People have walk up and down cause the toilets are located in 3rd floor. It is specially disturbing late night or early morning. The room: rooms are dirty, there is mold everywhere, no air conditioning but an old fan with lots of mold, risk or lung infection is high. The room is also very hot. Toilet and shower: is located on third floor, it is small and dirty, the floor is dirty and there old empty shampo bottles with much dirt on. Here you can also find mold. Host: messaging the host, you will get an AI generated answer and repeats itself. Hard to have a communication with host. The price is not worth it, and it is absolutely not 5-stars, it is not even close to one star.
