Happy River Thames View Entire Apartment

− Took our shoes off at the door as requested and all our socks were filthy after ten minutes? No internal lock to the door so left feeling unsafe. One bedroom and one bed sit? Says two bedroom but not. Nothing like the pictures. Very tatty and grubby, lots of dust every where, floor very dirty, plugs not working and certainly not enough plugs to charge phones for four adults. Curtains don’t close properly so no lie ins here. Only one other mirror apart from the one in the bathroom so impractical for four people. Zero food items provided, stayed self catering before and there’s always salt? Odd condiments? Shed loads of cleaning products and toiletries though? Kitchen tap stuck on with silicone? Mould in the bathroom probably due to no working vent? Internal bathroom ???? Shower full of hair on arrival. Second balcony full of bedding? Washer drier going for hours, we needed the extra heat when it’s a heatwave???? To top off our stay the cleaner arrived at 10.50, just let herself in wi

− The flat is in need of renovation. For example the kitchen tap needs to be replaced, it was very loose, no stopper in the kitchen sink for washing up, two of the sockets in the kitchen didn't work and it just needed to be freshened up with a good deep clean and a lick of paint.

− Unfortunately the dust hasn't been cleaned well. And my wife have an allergy and she couldnt slept well.

− La robinetterie de la cuisine et la douche qui faudrait changer. L'eau de la douche un peu trop chaude et on ne peut pas la régler.
