Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy

+ We stayed at the Hotel Pullman Bercy after traveling from Switzerland; Paris was the final leg of our vacation. Unfortunately, our luggage didn't arrive with us, and the airline arranged to deliver it to the hotel. Upon checking in on July 26, I informed the staff that six large suitcases would be arriving, given the length of our trip and the amount of clothing we had. The bags arrived, yet no one notified us—despite the fact that I asked the front desk almost daily if they had been delivered. My in-laws and aunt left a day earlier than us; at the airport, they were informed that the bags had actually been delivered to the hotel at 10:00 PM on July 25. Because we only found out about this once they were already at the airport, I now have to pay for three extra large suitcases and two taxis to transport my wife, son, and all that luggage. I trusted the hotel, but I’ve suffered a significant financial loss—having to pay for extra bags on our return flight and purchase replacement clothe

+ Me and my family booked the presidential suite from July 22 to July 28. When we arrived we told the staff that our bags were lost from a flight from Zurich to Paris and that Swiss airways would deliver them to the hotel. Staff said they’d let us know and deliver the bags to our room as soon as they arrive. We were a party of 6, may parents, aunt, husband and son. My parents and aunt left on July 27 to Brazil and asked at the airport about our lost luggage only to discover then that our bags were delivered at the hotel on July 25. Now, me, my husband and my son will have to carry all 7 bags from Paris to Brazil, pay for extra luggage and risk being stopped at Customs in Brazil. If my parents hadn’t ask about the bags at the airport, chances are that we’d have left and our bags would have stayed at the hotel for God known when. We are very disappointed at the hotel service
