Needs a makeover
+ The location is fantastic, and the views from the rooms are definitely the highlight of the hotel.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to the price. The hotel is looking very tired and is in need of maintenance and a full refresh. Cleanliness was below the standard I expected, and basic amenities such as the soap and shower gel dispensers were empty.
Overall, I felt it was overpriced for what was offered. If the hotel undergoes a makeover, I’d consider staying again, but for now I’d recommend looking at other options.

+ The location was great for walking distance to Effiel. Accessible to taxis etc. Main hotel was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
− Facilities and room were old not spacious enough for a family of four. Kids fold out sofa was noisy and extremely uncomfortable and thin. Shower not easily accessible.

Lage Top, Ausstattung und Frühstück schlecht
+ Natürlich ist die Lage gut und die Lobby sieht auch ansprechend aus, darum wird sich wahrscheinlich auch nix ändern, da es Paris ist und die Kunden kommen trotzdem.
Am besten waren die Aufzüge, super Allgorithmus.
− Wir waren mittlerweile in 4 Novotels in Europa und das war gesamtgesehen das Schlechteste. Ein Hotel in Mitteleuropa was im WC über keine Klobürste verfügt und auch keine nachgereicht wird (auf Nachfrage) ist schon außergewöhnlich (sah ich zum ersten Mal). Die Spülung funktioniert auch, wie sie wollte.
Besonders schlecht war auch das Früstück. So gut wie nichts war frisch und die Auswahl minimal. Der Kaffee war furchtbar und verdient den Namen nicht.
Da es in guter Pariser Lage ist werden die Kunden trotzdem kommen. Darum wird sich auch nix ändern.
