+ The location is absolutely great. Also, the staff are kind and very pleasant.

+ I’ll start with what was a bit disappointing, might not disappoint everyone, but did not work for us. 1. No bottled water in the room. They ask you to fill your glass or jug from the bathroom tap after pressing the ‘filter’ button on this random block that sits in the sink. They say it’s for environmental reasons which is fine but it’s a bit mid rate hotel and not really 5 star. My issue was partly to do with the bathroom being quite dated and didn’t feel like a nice place to get my drinking water from. To be fair, I did grumble about it to reception and was given bottled water. 2. We stayed in 626 and the bathroom was quite small and not very modern at all. Very clean but could do with revamp. Maybe other rooms had renovated bathroom. 3. Breakfast room had no windows (-1 floor) and the ground floor bar/restaurant area seemed like it could have been used for breakfast as it doesn’t open until midday. 4. Welcome gift for All Accor Platinum wasn’t hugely inspiring. Just a small frui

+ Die Lage ist sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ausserordentlich vielseitig und lecker.

+ Hotel is perfectly located within a 45 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and 15 minute walk to the Louvre Museum. It is bright and upbeat and the hotel staff are top notch. From the front counter to the wait staff, they are all helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet every morning was awesome. Everything was warm and fresh and the waitress was phenomenal. For the service, convenience and comfort the hotel provided, it was certainly a fair price to us.

+ A wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms are well appointed and the beds ate really comfortable. All of the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The door man and the bellman were each so friendly and helpful. The head of guest experience really made us feel welcomed and treated us to free glass of wine and champagne while we waited for our room to be ready. She also assisted us in moving to a suite as we needed more room with all the shopping we had done.

+ The hotel was first class and the staff was exceptional. The Concierge was able to assist us with numerous requests including restaurant suggestions, transportation, subway hints, etc. it was a short walk to the subway. once there it was very easy to use and would take you anywhere in the City.
