− Consistent music through speakers during the evening and early mornings outside the rooms on hallways. It was loud enough to hear from the bedroom at night and early morning.

− The rooms were not as pictured nor described and unclean - the sheets were not cleaned and there were stains in the carpets and divots/holes all over the walls. There was dingy old carpet instead of hardwood. The company doesn't properly empower their front desk staff with optimal customer care protocol for this either. They couldn't move us on the first night from the unsanitary room because they were totally booked, nor did they offer to change the sheets. They handed us a set of sheets to change out ourselves. They moved us the next day to a different room that was clean but still not as pictured on the site. Per the front desk, they let me know the proper protocol is to email their manager and so I emailed the manager multiple times to handle the matter quickly and on-site and I walked by the front desk every day (twice in our final night) to try to talk with a manager 1:1 with no avail or response to the emails. This happened the very first night and we stayed 4 nights, and they f
