− Booked a Deluxe Room based on the photos and description on Booking.com. We were very disappointed to find that the room we received looked nothing like the one advertised. We expected a room with an en-suite bathroom, a bathtub, and a city view. We had none of these and the room overlooked a back street with garbage bins. Future guests should be aware that not all "Deluxe Rooms" match the photos. Using the most attractive room to promote is misleading. The room we received did not justify the higher price we paid. "Deluxe Room" is expected to offer enhanced features. The room we had was simply a larger standard room with an awkward unused, undesigned space. Empty floor space alone does not make a room "deluxe." We reported the issue to booking. The following morning, when we requested a room change, we were told that we had to check out by 11 am and the new room would be ready after 3 pm. This was unacceptable! We had booked and paid for a 5-night stay expecting a seamless, uninterrup
