+ We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were always welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Mohamed Zakir, who made our stay even more memorable. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always greeted us with a warm smile. This wasn’t our first time staying here, and we remembered him from our previous visit because of how genuinely helpful and welcoming he was. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides such outstanding service, and he is definitely one of the reasons we’ll be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

+ Perfectly located for our purposes. Right on Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and big and the staff are very friendly.

+ Great family hotel along Champs Elysées. The location is very convenient to train stations, shops and restaurants. There were a lot of restaurants behind the hotel / one black from Champ Elysees where the locals eat. There is also a mini mart next to the hotel. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite fully equipped with a dining table and fully functional kitchen. There is a pull out sofa for our girls. The bathroom is large and a separate toilet. Our room was clean and the staff were nice.

+ أقمنا في الفندق ليلة واحدة وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس. يتميز الفندق بموقع استثنائي في قلب باريس، حيث يمكن الوصول بسهولة إلى أشهر المعالم والمطاعم والأسواق سيرًا على الأقدام، مما جعل إقامتنا أكثر متعة وراحة. كانت الغرفة نظيفة، أنيقة، ومجهزة بكل ما يحتاجه النزيل، كما أن مستوى النظافة والخدمة كان ممتازًا. أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لجميع العاملين في الفندق، بدءًا من الموظف الذي استقبلنا عند الباب، وموظفي حمل الحقائب الذين كانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وموظفي الاستقبال الذين تميزوا بحسن الاستقبال والابتسامة الدائمة والمهنية العالية، والأجمل من ذلك وجود موظفين يتحدثون اللغة العربية، مما سهل علينا التواصل وأشعرنا بالترحيب والاهتمام. كما أشكر إدارة الفندق وجميع العاملين فيه على حرصهم الدائم على راحة النزلاء وتقديم خدمة راقية تعكس أعلى معايير الضيافة. كانت تجربة مميزة لا تُنسى، وبكل تأكيد سأوصي بهذا الفندق لكل من يزور باريس، وسأحرص على تكرار الإقامة فيه خلال زياراتي القادمة. شكراً لكم جميعًا على هذا المستوى المتميز من الخدمة وحسن الضيافة.
