+ Clean and rich breakfast
− Only problem I have is that they gave us room in first floor facing station and all the noise by the night was in our room, with 5 year old kid was hard to sleep well….

A good 3 star hotel, but real bad for 4 stars

− Staff is slow
Rooms are in bad condition - broken scratched wardrobe, broken shower on/off button, dirty bed headrest
Bad service - no water at rooms, you have to go to elevator and get water in thermos to drink at room or make tea. Had to buy water in KFC instead

Very small rooms and restroom, Location, lobby, staff. The restaurant was 10/10 and staff was very friendly and help

Terrible let down
+ Location was excellent, rooms where clean and house keeping was excellent.
− Reception said breakfast was included only to be turned away the next morning,
Room had a bad musky/musty smell
There was no room service after 10pm
Restaurant doesn't open Saturday or Sundays
Residents bar area was closed at 9pm
Water machines did not work
Mini fridge did not work correctly
Over all staff where not helpful or pleasant except for the house cleaning saft which were excellent
Overall, over priced and one of the worst value for money Hiltons ive stayed in.
