+ Extremely centrally located - excellent and helpful staff. Very good basic amenities available in the room.

+ Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Our room was extremely small and the elevator was extremely small. That’s the reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars.

+ The hotel is in a great location, with a Metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, whether providing directions or arranging a taxi. The breakfast (available for an additional fee) was very good, offering a typical European selection of cold cuts, cheeses, croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, cereal, and fresh fruit. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is fairly typical for European hotels. This was our second stay here, most recently in July 2026. Our family of seven reserved four rooms, and we had another enjoyable experience overall. A couple of things to keep in mind: the hotel's elevator is extremely small—best suited for luggage, though it can fit two people. There are also quite a few stairs, so the property may not be the best choice for guests with mobility concerns. + The atmosphere and the design - adorable. The location - superb. Le Louvre - 10 min walking, Rueda Rivoli' 5 min walking, Musee L'Orangerie - 20 min walking distance. The comfortable bed. The maintenance and the cleaning were incredibly professional. The welcoming cold fruit water at the reception - favourite moment when returning to the hotel.
